You have heard of candidates wanting to win the elections by high margins, but here is one candidate who says he wants to secure zero votes in the upcoming Delhi civic elections. Har Prakash, or Guiness Rishi as he likes to call himself, says he already has 22 world records to his credit and now wants to add a new one. Mr Guinness Rishi (formerly Har Parkash, born July 7, 1942, India holds a number of Guinness World Records. He is most renowned for having over 200 world flags tattooed on his body, including 49 flags on his face and head. He also has 'Ripley's Believe It or Not' tattooed on his forehead and a map of the world on his abdomen. On 15th Sept 2010 Our Resident Tattoo Artist Apple Qu together with Guest Tattoo Artist Louis tattooed another 51 flags in the forehands of multi-record breaker Mr Guinness Rishi in our tattoo studio helping him to set another world record..
